Completed over 70 Environmental, Safety & Health GSA RMS surveys at Federal and leased facilities throughout MD, VA, and WV. Provided local expertise to cover secure facilities and reduced travel costs. Ensured compliance with NFPA, OSHA, IBC, and EPA regulations/requirements. Provided recommendations based on GSA PBS Radon (5940.2), Water Quality (1000.7A), Asbestos (1000.1A). Recorded findings in GSA IRIS database, ensuring compatibility and compliance with GSA Central Office requirements
Developed Microsoft Power BI dashboard to provide stakeholders with real-time access to results and metrics, enhancing data transparency and decision-making. Site conditions were thoroughly documented to support data integrity, and all activities adhered to stringent regulatory standards for lead and other contaminants. AFS played a critical role in facilitating clear communication of test results to stakeholders, ensuring actionable outcomes while safeguarding public health and safety.
